The company name is Osagyefo. Its only official website is osagyefoo.com. Any other website, social media profile or email address presenting itself as Osagyefo without using the contacts listed on this page must be treated with caution.

03Protection against impersonation and fraud

Fraudsters sometimes use the names and images of established companies to deceive buyers and investors. To protect you, Osagyefo commits to the following:

• We only write from addresses ending in @osagyefoo.com and only call or message from the numbers +233 054 635 2869 and +233 050 115 4601.
• We never ask for payment to a personal bank account or mobile money wallet, and never request advance “release”, “clearance” or “certificate” fees to unlock a shipment.
• No purchase, sale or investment is ever concluded solely by email, social media or messaging. Every transaction is preceded by identity checks and a signed written agreement.
• If someone contacts you on behalf of Osagyefo and you have any doubt, call us directly on +233 054 635 2869 before taking any action, and report the attempt to us at contact@osagyefoo.com and to the Cybercrime Unit of the Ghana Police Service.
